ANEWTASK PROMOTE TERMS

Promote is an optional one-time digital search-position bump available to eligible Taskers. It is separate from Tasker subscription purchase and renewal.

1. Price and authorization

Each Promote use costs $1.00. The charge is one-time and does not automatically renew. Before payment, AnewTask will display the price, currency, eligible profile, and one-time nature of the purchase. The Tasker must authorize each purchase separately.

2. What Promote does

After payment confirmation, AnewTask moves the eligible Tasker profile once to the top of relevant search results. Promote is not a timed featured placement and does not reserve or guarantee a top position for any fixed duration.

3. Ranking changes and no guarantee

The profile may move after the bump because ranking depends on relevance, user location, category, search context, profile status, moderation, platform rules, new activity, and another Tasker's later use of Promote. Promote does not guarantee impressions, views, inquiries, customers, jobs, revenue, ranking duration, or return on investment.

4. Eligibility and moderation

AnewTask may refuse or delay Promote where the profile is incomplete, suspended, ineligible, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, outside relevant search categories, or under review. Paying for Promote does not verify, endorse, license, insure, or guarantee the Tasker.

5. Delivery and refunds

Promote is normally applied immediately and generally within one minute after confirmed payment. Once the one-time bump is applied, the feature is considered delivered and is non-refundable except where Applicable Law requires otherwise. If payment is confirmed but the bump is not applied because of an AnewTask technical error, AnewTask will apply the bump or process an eligible refund.
