AnewTask Accessibility Statement

AnewTask, operated by Tigran Parvanyan, an Armenian Individual Entrepreneur trading as AnewTask, is committed to making its digital Services usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as the platform develops. This Statement applies to AnewTask-controlled websites, mobile experiences, account tools, search, listings, forms, messaging, support content, and related digital features.

1. Accessibility Goal

AnewTask's current accessibility target is substantial alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for AnewTask-controlled content and functionality, where reasonably achievable and applicable. WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making digital content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

A target is not a claim that every page or feature currently conforms. Accessibility is an ongoing process involving design, development, testing, content review, remediation, and feedback.

2. Measures AnewTask Intends to Use

AnewTask may use measures such as:

• incorporating accessibility into design and development practices;

• supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus;

• using semantic structure, labels, instructions, and error identification;

• improving color contrast and text resizing;

• providing text alternatives for AnewTask-controlled meaningful images;

• improving captions, transcripts, and media alternatives where applicable;

• testing with automated tools, manual review, and assistive technology where feasible;

• training relevant personnel and contractors;

• including accessibility expectations in vendor selection; and

• prioritizing reported barriers based on severity, reach, feasibility, security, and legal requirements.

3. User-Generated and Third-Party Content

The Services may include Tasker photographs, logos, videos, PDFs, licenses, documents, messages, reviews, maps, payment tools, social-login tools, chat functions, and other content or systems created or controlled by Users or third parties.

AnewTask may not be able to ensure the accessibility of every third-party or User-generated item.

AnewTask may provide upload guidance, request improvements, offer an accessible alternative, modify presentation, or remove content where appropriate and lawful.

Third-party providers are responsible for their own products and accessibility. AnewTask will make reasonable efforts to select and configure providers appropriately but cannot guarantee their uninterrupted accessibility.

4. Known and Possible Limitations

Potential limitations may include missing alternative text in User uploads, inaccessible documents, media without captions, complex interactive maps, dynamic search filters, third-party checkout or login components, legacy content, temporary defects, and features under development.

AnewTask does not claim that every page, file, integration, message, or User submission fully conforms to a particular standard at all times.

5. Assistance and Alternative Access

If a person cannot access information, complete an action, manage an account, cancel a Tasker subscription, submit a request, contact a Tasker, or use another feature because of a disability-related barrier, the person may request reasonable assistance or an alternative method.

AnewTask will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information, communication, or transaction through an accessible alternative where feasible and legally required, while protecting privacy, security, and other Users' rights.

Do not include unnecessary medical, financial, identity, or other sensitive information. AnewTask will acknowledge and review reports within a reasonable period and prioritize urgent barriers affecting essential account, Tasker subscription checkout or cancellation, privacy, safety, or communication functions.

7. No Retaliation or Unlawful Discrimination

AnewTask does not intend to retaliate against or unlawfully discriminate against a person for requesting accessibility assistance, reporting a barrier, or exercising a protected right.

8. Applicable Law

AnewTask will address accessibility obligations under the laws that apply to the relevant Service and jurisdiction. Nothing in this Statement limits a non-waivable right or remedy. Users may contact a competent authority where permitted by Applicable Law.

9. No Contractual Warranty

This Statement describes AnewTask's goals, processes, and available assistance. It is not a guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully compatible with every assistive technology, or continuously conformant with every accessibility standard.

To the extent permitted by law, AnewTask may consider technical feasibility, security, privacy, the rights of other Users, fundamental alteration, and disproportionate or undue burden when evaluating a requested modification. This does not reduce any mandatory duty.

10. Updates

AnewTask may update this Statement as technology, features, standards, feedback, and legal obligations change. The current version will be posted with its update date.
