Customers can send inquiries. If you do not yet have an active subscription, you can see that a customer inquiry has arrived.

Activate a subscription to communicate
An active Tasker subscription unlocks Customer-originated chat content and communication functions that require paid access. Direct Tasker-to-Tasker conversations remain available without a subscription. It is not a per-inquiry or per-message fee.

With active entitlement, use the relevant AnewTask messaging and scheduling features to discuss the request and coordinate appointment times.

Tasker Subscription
A Tasker subscription unlocks paid communication functionality and other subscription-gated features. It is separate from the payment a customer may make directly to a Tasker for service work.
- Automatically renews at the selected interval unless canceled.
- Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the already-paid period.
- Not pay per inquiry, not pay per message, and not a commission on jobs.

AnewTask does not charge a commission on completed service jobs. Customers and Taskers agree directly on service scope, price, and service-payment arrangements. A Tasker subscription pays for platform access and features; it is not payment for the customer’s service job.

Yes. A Tasker can register and create a profile without first purchasing a subscription. Publication still depends on the applicable verification, service, service-area, and visibility requirements.
Do Taskers need a subscription before receiving an inquiry?
No. An eligible Tasker can receive notice that a customer inquiry has arrived without an active subscription.
What happens when a Tasker receives an inquiry without a subscription?
The Tasker can see that a Customer inquiry has arrived. An active subscription is required to unlock that Customer-originated chat content and the related communication functions. Direct Tasker-to-Tasker conversations do not require a subscription.
What does the Tasker subscription unlock?
It unlocks Customer-originated Tasker chat and the other software features shown during checkout. Direct Tasker-to-Tasker conversations remain available without it. It does not itself publish a Tasker profile.
How much does the Tasker subscription cost?
The monthly plan is $59.99 USD per month. The annual plan is $599.99 USD per year.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. The selected monthly or annual Tasker subscription renews automatically until it is canceled.
Can a Tasker cancel the subscription?
Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Does AnewTask take a commission on completed jobs?
No. AnewTask does not charge a commission on completed service jobs. A Tasker subscription is a separate payment for platform access and features.

The customer and Tasker agree directly on the service scope, price, and service-payment arrangements. AnewTask does not set the Tasker’s service price.
Can customers and Taskers schedule through AnewTask?
Yes. AnewTask provides scheduling tools for requesting and coordinating appointment times. A requested time must be confirmed through the implemented workflow before it is a confirmed appointment.
