The platform organizes information and communication around the service relationship while customers and independent Taskers make their own decisions.

Visible profile information

Public Tasker profiles can present services, service area, portfolio work, reviews, and the current verification status available in AnewTask.

Verification workflow

AnewTask shows required documents based on business type. Our team manually reviews submissions before approving verification.

Marketplace communication

AnewTask messaging gives customers and eligible Taskers a place to discuss an inquiry and coordinate practical details.

User reporting

A report option is available from supported profile and conversation surfaces so concerns can enter the moderation queue.

AnewTask automatically shows the required documents for the business type selected during registration. Our team manually reviews submitted documents before approving verification.

Professional license upload is currently optional in AnewTask. The current document checklist is based on business type, not an automatic profession-by-profession licensing check.

Submitting documents does not automatically approve a profile. Identity Verified reflects approval of an individual Tasker’s identity submission; Business Verified reflects approval of a registered business submission, including its registration document.

These badges do not certify that a Tasker holds every license, insurance policy, or bond relevant to a particular job. Customers should confirm the credentials relevant to their work directly with the Tasker. Verification does not guarantee service quality or outcomes.

Before work begins

Keep the important decisions explicit

AnewTask does not employ Taskers or set the price for their services. Customers and Taskers agree directly on the work.

Review the information a Tasker has chosen to publish, including services, portfolio items, reviews, and verification status.
Use clear written communication to confirm scope, timing, access requirements, price, and service-payment arrangements.
Do not share passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or contact forms.
Use the available report tools or contact AnewTask when behavior or content raises a concern.

Payment boundaries

Platform charges and service payments are separate

Tasker subscriptions are AnewTask platform charges governed by the Subscription Terms. Customers and Taskers arrange payment for service work directly with each other, and AnewTask does not charge a commission or receive a percentage of those payments.
