ANEWTASK SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

These terms summarize the paid Tasker subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service. If a checkout disclosure for a specific purchase conflicts with this summary, the checkout disclosure controls only for that purchase to the extent permitted by law.

1. Plans

• Monthly plan: $59.99 charged at enrollment and automatically every month until canceled.
• Annual plan: $599.99 charged at enrollment and automatically every year until canceled.
• No manual-renewal plan is offered under the current model.
• Taxes, currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, or other third-party charges may apply where disclosed or imposed by a bank or payment provider.

An active paid subscription is required for a Tasker to unlock, read, and respond to Customer-originated chat content and to publish or reopen an otherwise eligible Job Board listing. Direct Tasker-to-Tasker conversations do not require a subscription. Tasker profile publication is governed by verification, services, service area, and visibility rules and does not depend on subscription status. Customer accounts are not enrolled in this Tasker subscription merely by registering, searching, requesting a service, contacting a Tasker, or hiring a Tasker.

2. Affirmative authorization

Before payment, AnewTask will clearly display the selected plan, price, USD currency, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, material plan features, refund terms, and cancellation method. The Tasker must affirmatively accept recurring billing. AnewTask will retain evidence of consent as required by Applicable Law and will provide a retainable electronic confirmation or receipt.

3. Automatic renewal

The subscription continues and the selected payment method may be charged automatically at each billing interval until cancellation becomes effective. The payment provider may use a secure payment token and lawful account-updater services. AnewTask does not intentionally store the full card number or card security code.

For annual subscriptions, AnewTask will send a renewal reminder before renewal where required by Applicable Law. Material price or subscription changes will be communicated in advance together with cancellation information.

4. Cancellation

Cancel through any cancellation control made available in Account Settings or email support@anewtask.com from the account email address. An immediately accessible preformatted cancellation email link should be displayed on the website. An authenticated cancellation creates a durable confirmation reference, records the request time and effective date, and queues an electronic confirmation when delivery is configured. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally preserves access through the end of the paid period. Cancellation remains available when paid features are suspended or a renewal payment is past due. See the Cancellation Policy.

5. Failed payments

If a charge is declined or reversed, AnewTask or the payment provider may retry the charge where permitted, request updated billing information, or suspend the paid chat and Job Board publishing features. Subscription payment status does not by itself hide an otherwise publication-eligible Tasker profile.

6. Refunds

Paid periods are generally non-refundable after activation, subject to the Refund Policy and non-waivable Applicable Law. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
