ANEWTASK REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies only to fees paid directly to AnewTask, including Tasker subscription fees and the one-time Promote fee. It does not apply to amounts paid by a Customer to a Tasker for services, labor, materials, deposits, or any other job-related transaction. AnewTask does not process or refund Customer-to-Tasker Job Payments.

1. Subscription fees

The monthly subscription costs $59.99 and the annual subscription costs $599.99. Subscription access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Except where Applicable Law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable after access has been activated, including for partial billing periods, unused time, low activity, lack of inquiries or jobs, dissatisfaction with ranking, or a Tasker's failure to use the Services.

Canceling prevents future automatic renewals. It does not reverse a charge already incurred for the current billing period. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended or terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service.

2. Promote fees

Promote costs $1.00 per use and is a one-time purchase. Once the eligible profile has been moved to the top of relevant search results, the Promote purchase is considered delivered and is non-refundable except where Applicable Law requires otherwise. A later change in rank does not mean that Promote was not delivered.

If payment is confirmed but the Promote action is not applied because of an AnewTask technical error, AnewTask will either apply the purchased Promote action or issue a refund, as appropriate.

3. Eligible refund or correction cases

AnewTask may issue a refund, reversal, or billing correction when:

• the same AnewTask charge was processed more than once by mistake;
• AnewTask charged an amount different from the amount affirmatively authorized at checkout;
• payment was confirmed but the purchased digital access or Promote action was not delivered because of an AnewTask technical failure and could not be corrected promptly;
• a transaction was unauthorized, subject to verification and card-network or payment-provider procedures;
• AnewTask approves a refund as a documented exception; or
• a refund is required by non-waivable Applicable Law.

4. How to request review

Email support@anewtask.com from the email address associated with the AnewTask account. Include the account name, transaction or order identifier, charge date, amount, reason for the request, and any relevant evidence. Do not send a full card number, card security code, banking password, or other sensitive payment credential.

Requests involving a claimed technical failure or duplicate/incorrect charge should normally be submitted within seven calendar days after the charge. Unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly. These timeframes do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Review and payment timing

AnewTask aims to review a complete request within three business days. Additional verification may be required. Approval does not mean that funds will appear immediately: the payment provider, card network, and issuing bank control final posting time. Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method. Currency conversion and third-party fees may affect the amount shown by the cardholder's bank where permitted by law.

6. Chargebacks

Nothing in this Policy waives a non-waivable right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge. Where reasonably practicable, contact support@anewtask.com first so AnewTask can investigate. AnewTask may contest fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or unjustified disputes and may provide transaction, consent, delivery, cancellation, and account records to the relevant financial institutions.
